Job Location: 50858 Cologne, Germany

Your tasks:

  • be the main window for our customers and distributors (acquisition, creation of offers and contracts, claim management, customer liaison during events)
  • coordination of spare parts activities, including the definition of service & rebuild kits, review of minimum stock levels, maintain part sales structure in SAP (Sales BOM) and the spare parts catalogue, observation of subcontracting companies
  • preparation of customer documentation, e.g. vehicle specification, data sheet, optional parts specification, vehicle brochure and commercial & technical bulletins
  • be capable of analysing cost overviews and mileage/ service plans

The successful candidate will:

  • have a degree in a relevant business or engineering discipline or similar
  • have relevant work experience in the field of Customer Motorsport with strong customer orientation
  • have profound experience in SAP parts logistics & order handling
  • have strong intercultural skills and show a high ability to work in a dynamic international environment
  • have professional German and English language skills
