Project Manager (m/f/d) Resonantly Coupled Wireless Power Transfer
Job Location: 50858 Cologne, Germany
Your tasks:
- manage R&D projects in agile and efficient way regarding time, resource and quality
- make sure that the required Project Management Policies are met
- since the early stage of the project initialization you will support and, ideally, lead the projects until they are successfully turned over to mass production
- break down work packages within the project team, ensure task completion and drive active change management
- methodical leadership with guidance to motivate and inspire the project team
The successful candidate will:
- have a Masters / PhD degree in a relevant natural science or engineering
- several years of experience in project management
- strong negotiator with ability to resolve critical issues leveraging internal resources within a matrix organization
- display sound knowledge of resonantly coupled wireless power transfer systems
- be proficient in FEM and Electric circuit simulations tools (Altair Flux, Ansys Maxwell or similar; Adapted Solutions Portunus and/or Mathworks Simscape)
- strong presentation and communication skills
- demonstrate leadership, interpersonal skills, and team player abilities
- write and speak professional English, additional German or Japanese language skills are an advantage
