Job Location: 50858 Cologne, Germany

Your tasks:

manage R&D projects in agile and efficient way regarding time, resource and quality
make sure that the required Project Management Policies are met
since the early stage of the project initialization you will support and, ideally, lead the projects until they are successfully turned over to mass production
break down work packages within the project team, ensure task completion and drive active change management
methodical leadership with guidance to motivate and inspire the project team

The successful candidate will:

have a Masters / PhD degree in a relevant natural science or engineering
several years of experience in project management
strong negotiator with ability to resolve critical issues leveraging internal resources within a matrix organization
display sound knowledge of resonantly coupled wireless power transfer systems
be proficient in FEM and Electric circuit simulations tools (Altair Flux, Ansys Maxwell or similar; Adapted Solutions Portunus and/or Mathworks Simscape)
strong presentation and communication skills
demonstrate leadership, interpersonal skills, and team player abilities
write and speak professional English, additional German or Japanese language skills are an advantage
