Toyota Motorsport GmbH (TMG) congratulates Toyota Swiss Racing on a fine performance in the Nürburgring 24 Hours, which saw the team comfortably with the V3 class with its GT86.

TMG and partner Ring Racing provided on-track support for Toyota Swiss Racing, having already prepared the cars to compete in the V3 class, designed for production-based models with limited modifications.

The TMG crew helped Toyota Swiss Racing to first and second place in class during qualifying and converted that into a class victory at the end of 24 hours of racing. The #200 car of Natascha Gachnang, Oliver Burri, Christoph Wuest and Andreas Lanz finished a very creditable 78th overall and first in V3.

Unfortunately the sister car suffered an accident only two and a half hours into the race and was forced to retire.
