Your tasks:

be the main window for our customers and distributors (acquisition, creation of offers and contracts, claim management, customer liaison during events)
coordination of spare parts activities, including the definition of service & rebuild kits, review of minimum stock levels, maintain part sales structure in SAP (Sales BOM) and the spare parts catalogue, observation of subcontracting companies
preparation of customer documentation, e.g. vehicle specification, data sheet, optional parts specification, vehicle brochure and commercial & technical bulletins
be capable of analysing cost overviews and mileage/ service plans

The successful candidate will:

have a degree in a relevant business or engineering discipline or similar
have relevant work experience in the field of Customer Motorsport with strong customer orientation
have profound experience in SAP parts logistics & order handling
have strong intercultural skills and show a high ability to work in a dynamic international environment
have professional German and English language skills
