Your tasks:

  • development, validation and approval of engine and sub system reliability in close cooperation with internal departments as well as with external suppliers or laboratories
  • responsible for the engine inspection after usage including disassembly planning and coordination, analyses, documentation, follow up and reporting
  • failure root cause analyses, data analyses and build-up of data base
  • planning and executing of reliability tests on transient test bench and track
  • development and definition of test procedures, limit setting and definition of engine specifications and strategies
  • participation in race and test events worldwide

The successful candidate will:

  • have a Master / Bachelors Degree in a relevant engineering discipline and have a minimum of 2 years working experience
  • have gained experience in practical engine workshop work and used engine parts aspects
  • be experienced with state of the art engine control systems and the development of control functions for reliability requirements
  • have good English skills, good communication skills as well as a positive attitude towards flexible working hours and be an excellent team player
  • be willing to travel
